• Alternatively, if you have any downloaded skill decks made by whyhoy you can press connectinos and support and then find support and choose whyhoy channel in the messenger section of the app. You will then be able to send a connection to one of our support agents.

Mobile account deletion instructions

We do not continue storing any of your data once you delete your user account. This action is final, and it is not possible to recover any of the data once your account is removed. However, you can create a new account at any time.

• Navigate to your profile page by pressing the button at the top right corner of the home page
• Press on the Delete account and data button at the bottom of the screen
• Confirm the delete action
• Thats it! All your account data including messages, connections, file attachments, and profile images will be deleted immediately.
• Please note, in case your are the owner of a channel created through the whyhoy web application you will be prompted to delete the channel before removing your account.
